Hosting and maintenance sized for your site, traffic and publishing workflow. Updates, compatibility checks, backup schedules, restore checks and monitoring are agreed in writing, along with a named contact, support hours, included work and escalation.
Scope ongoing supportScoped separately
Additional work for sensitive reporting, targeted attacks or complex infrastructure. Risk and access reviews, site and infrastructure hardening, recovery plans and rehearsals are scoped separately. Specialist source intake and incident response cover need an explicit agreement.
Discuss the risksYour quote sets out deliverables, launch checks, support and payment terms. Migration, custom development and specialist security work are separately costed from basic hosting.
Email delivery, payment processing, domains and software licences are identified in the quote, including third-party charges. Out-of-hours response needs an explicit agreement.
